It is aimed at encouraging innovation, new ideas and development of services. It should be noted that the Agency reserves the right to develop or enhance the scope of the Framework during its life-span if necessary (for the avoidance of doubt applicants must note that appearance on this frameworks pre-qualifies them for tenders that are not for education and skills training).
