North Lincolnshire Council is inviting indicative tenders to apply to be included on a Dynamic Purchasing System for the supply of Street Lighting LED Luminaires/Lanterns. Indicative tenders can be uploaded for evaluation at any time throughout the duration of the dynamic purchasing system. Admittance to the dynamic purchasing system will depend on suppliers meeting minimum criteria as stated in the indicative tender documentation. Request for quotations/tenders will be issued to all suppliers admitted to the DPS as and when required. The award criteria for mini-competitions will be Lowest Compliant Quotation/Tender. North Lincolnshire Council reserves the right to use an electronic reverse auction for further competitions. Further details on the dynamic purchasing system and full instructions on further competitions are given in the indicative tender document available to download from YORtender (http://www.yortender.co.uk). The council intends to run a further competition following this initial notice and so as such interested parties must register and download the indicative tender document via the YORtender system http://www.yortender.co.uk by the initial deadline of 12:00 noon 30.7.2013. After this deadline interested suppliers may apply and upload an indicative tender at any time throughout the duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System. Admittance to the DPS will depend on suppliers meeting the minimum criteria as stated in the indicative tender document.
