Description

DECC would like to commission process evaluations of two ongoing programmes. This contract is split in to two lots, however, there are commonalities between the methodology and themes of both programmes. The first lot is a process evaluation of three competitions
open to local authorities and voluntary sector organisations focussing on three of DECC’s core areas: fuel poverty, Green Deal and promoting collective purchasing/switching. The second lot is a process evaluation of a pilot programme to test how community
engagement can drive demand for energy efficiency measures. Note that contractors are invited to tender for one or both lots. The two lots will be considered, scored, and awarded separately. £80-100,000 + VAT (lot 1) £30-50,000 + VAT (lot 2) Length of contract

hard copies (one of which must be signed). Electronic versions of your bids are to be sent to Annabelle.Bonus@decc.gsi.gov.uk. Interviews, if deemed necessary, will be held on 16 and/or 17 January 2013. If successful and upon contract signature, the supplier
is expected to attend a kick-off meeting taking place the w/c 21 January 2013.
