  • VI.1) Additional information:

    The Dynamic Purchasing System will initially be for 2 years with the option to extend in yearly increments upto 4 years. Hampshire County Council reserve the right for mini competitions and electronic auctions under the DPS to be awarded based on lowest price or most economically advanteagous tenderer as detailed in the route specification. This procurement will be undertaken using an e-tendering system which can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire. Once in the website, click on 'Forthcoming Tenders' and then on New Tender Details for this project for further information. If you wish to express interest please click on 'Express Interest' and if you have not previously done so, register your company. The email address should be for the person who will deal with the tender, as login details and subsequent messages relating to the tender will be automatically sent to this email address.

    In the interest of efficient public procurement, the contract will be accessible (by agreement) to those Local and Regional Authorities in the south east United Kingdom listed on the IESE web portal http://www.southeastiep.gov.uk/cncil.asp?PageRef=16, as well as Hampshire Community Health Care and NHS Hampshire Local Services which can be found on http://www.hampshire.nhs.uk/local-services or http://www.hchc.nhs.uk/ also the Local Area Partnership's to include Enterprise M3 and Solent (Transport for South Hampshire) will have access to the DPS. These may include, but not be limited to District, Unitary and Borough Councils within Hampshire, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Isle of Wight, Berkshire, Kent, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The Contracting Authority views that the range of services to be procured during this tender should be awarded as a multiple supplier DPS and seeks applications from suitably experienced suppliers whowish to tender for this service. Whilst every effort has been made to consider the full scope of the requirement, the Contracting Authority does not guarantee the volume of the services required resulting from this tender or that it will accept any tender on completion of the tender exercise.
