The object is to procure a contract for the design and delivery of customer satisfaction surveys and associated services. The contract will initially have 2 separate provisions though this may develop over time. These provisions will be for:
— Quarterly customer satisfaction survey – this survey will commence on start of contract,
— Monthly customer satisfaction tracker for ASG’s repairs & gas servicing contractor(s). – This survey will not commence under contract until 1.7.2013. The proposed contract will be for a maximum of 4 years. Affinity Sutton reserves the right to extend this contract for up to a further 5 year(s) on a either an annual basis or a 2 plus 2 plus 1 basis.
