The Occupational Health Provider will be required to provide advice to managers and employees about the occupational impacts of health related issues, both individually and organisationally. They will also be expected to be compliant with the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations and industry standards.
Bolton at Home currently employs approximately 1 000 employees across a range of disciplines including office based workers, trade operatives (plumbers, joiners, electricians, labourers), shift workers including some 24 hour services and night workers. These employees work from a range of offices across the borough of Bolton.
