The security of Ofwat’s information, ICT systems and boundary controls is of utmost importance. Ofwat uses a proportionate risk managed approach to managing security and implementing the necessary controls.As a member of the Government Secure Intranet
(GSi) Ofwat’s network and systems are accredited annually. As part of this accreditation we have an independent security penetration test and health check.Ofwat is looking to put in place an agreement with an appropriate information security partner. We are
looking for a flexible agreement where we can obtain a high level of expertise across a number of information security areas when we require it. (MT Ref:91615)
