Description

The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from potential bidders for the requirement to provide a scissor lift high reach platform to be used in the aircraft wash bay at RAF Brize Norton. The equipment must reach a minimum height of 5.0m, and be
suitable for use with, but not limited to, the C-130 aircraft. It is envisaged the equipment will be required, with a maintenance service, from June 2012 to October 2014. The MOD has migrated to the Purchase to Payment (P2P) system; all companies must confirm
they are able or willing to trade via P2P in their expressions of interest. Potential suppliers should submit an expression of interest by e-mail, including evidence of previous experience by 23/04/2012. Late or incomplete expressions may not be considered.
A pre-qualification exercise may be undertaken following expressions of interest, and only those companies that can demonstrate a sufficient level of competence against the Authority's criteria will be invited to tender for the requirement. The intention is
to invite a maximum of 5 tenderers to submit tenders.
