The contract being tendered is for structural repair works to 4 bungalows at St Mary’s Close, Timsbury. The contractor will be required to install a structural beam, demolish internal concrete walls, replace existing slab with reinforced concrete slab
to be laid on compacted ground with a radon membrane installed. The properties will need new kitchens, bathrooms and internal stud walls installing. External works include localised mortar repairs to existing damage, widening of the rear doors and installation
of new front doors and ramps to comply with life time homes.

How to Apply: The selection for this contract will be conducted in 2 stages - the PQQ and the ITT. Interested Parties are required to obtain the PQQ documents from Curo via a written expression of interest. Expressions of Interest should be submitted via email to: jonathan.quinn@curo-group.org.uk
