The Community Safety Partnership (SaferMK) (the “Potential PSM”) underwent a restructure in early 2011, reducing the number of team numbers from 16 to 3 core staff (one of whom, the Head of Service, is shortly to retire). The Potential PSM is expected
to be contracted for the delivery of statutory services including: completing an annual strategic assessment; domestic homicide reviews; and the reduction of crime, disorder and the fear of crime across the borough. The Potential PSM and Milton Keynes Council
(the “Parent Body”) are exploring the future suitability of service provision, especially when put in the context of the changing community safety environment when the Police and Crime Commissioner is elected in November 2012. There has been agreement to explore
developing a mutual. The objective of the Contract is to enable the Potential PSM to adopt a suitable legal structure and accompanying governance model that meet its needs. A Supplier will be appointed to deliver services to the Potential PSM in the following
areas: • Legal Structure • Governance Structure Potential Suppliers who have expressed interest in this opportunity will be sent the Invitation to Tender on 13 August 2012.

the body of the email please include the following details: Company name, registered Company address, contact name and contact email address. The deadline for submitting an expression of interest is Friday, 10 August 2012. A draft requirement document (in
the form of a draft Invitation to Tender) has been attached to this Contracts Finder Advert to allow any interested suppliers to seek clarification before the final Invitation to Tender is issued. Once suppliers have emailed their Expression of Interest to
the Spot Buy Mailbox, they will be provided with the additional annexes of the draft requirement. These annexes will be issued to Potential Suppliers (on request) on the basis that they are maintained in the strictest of confidence. Potential Suppliers must
destroy any electronic and/or hard copies if either you do not wish to tender or after the Contract has been awarded to the successful supplier. Final Tender documentation will be sent to all parties that have expressed an interest in this opportunity by close
of play on Monday, 13 August 2012, 2012.
