    1. Development Consultant to work for us to provide the following:

    — comprehensive development management services for a number of Scottish Canal sites around Scotland,

    — Aid Scottish Canals in highlighting further potential development sites they own as well as third party sites for acquisition to develop small scale housing developments with an ecological / environmental approach.

    2. Development Partner to work with us as part of a Joint Venture to provide the following

    — jointly invest with Scottish Canals in the land acquisition and if required masterplanning and development of these sites,

    — as a co investor with Scottish Canals hold these developments within a vehicle to receive rental income or sell for development profit.
