Origin Housing has a committed development programme building shared ownership and private sale properties. We are looking for a single agency to provide advertising design, media buying and web & digital services as listed below:
Advertising design.
Concept and design for both paper and digital media, mainly for low cost home ownership and new build sales schemes.
Provision in format suitable for the relevant media.
Ability to create campaigns which will attract maximum positive sales responses from origin housings target audiences.
Media buying.
Manage the associations budget for advertising in all media formats, including paper, on-line and outdoor.
Devise media plans to maximise use of the budget effectively.
Project manage delivery of the plan.
Work out creative and effective advertising placement solutions to reach the target audience to generate responses that will enable the team to exceed sales targets.
Web and Digital Services.
Design of bespoke (or by template) scheme websites visit http://www.originsales.co.uk/new-homes/corsica-street/ for example and maintenance of future sites.
Maintenance of the main Origin Sales website at www.originsales.co.uk.
