Provision of manned guarding and patrol services to various Rotherham Borough Council premises, parks and construction sites.

This invitation is made on behalf of Rotherham Borough Council and all of the other local authorities in the United Kingdom (collectively described in this ITT where the context requires as “the Contracting Authorities”) who may wish to utilise the services of the successful Tenderer (s).’.
‘The agreement will be a framework agreement let by Rotherham Borough Council for the benefit of Rotherham Borough Council and other Contracting Authorities who may wish to call-off orders under the agreement. Rotherham Borough Council will be a central purchasing body for this purpose.
The Contracting Authorities who will be entitled to call-off orders under the agreement are all of the local authorities in the United Kingdom, details of which can be found in the Municipal Yearbook published by Hemming Information Services, a division of the Hemming Group Limited, whose e-mail address is: myb@hgluk.com.’.
You should upload the completed pre-qualification questionnaire and supporting documents onto the SCMS system no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 10.8.2012.
