The DaR business operations are supported by the Trapeeze Pass booking and scheduling system which currently has around 160 operational users. The system is supplied by the Trapeze Software Group and was first implemented in 2005. The contract for the provision of computer software and related services, including maintenance and support for it expires in December 2013. TfL is commencing a tendering exercise utilising the Restricted Procurement process to comply with OJEU requirements, to inform the market of this process and to ensure that continuity of service for the existing IT service provided to DaR is maintained.
