Description

The Authority requires a Service Provider to provide annual maintenance of all gas appliances at the NHS Trust sites under the Authority, to comply with statutory obligations and manufacturer’s instructions for the inspection, operation and maintenance
of gas appliances. The Service Provider must also provide a 24 hour, 7 day per week, 365 days per year call-out and repair service for gas appliances throughout the duration of the Contract to enable the delivery of clinical and non-clinical services without
interruption. The first year maintenance programme must be completed by 2 November 2012.
