      Emergency Lighting Testing and Remedial Works.

      The contract shall cover the following:

      a.The Inspection and testing of fixed wired electrical installations, portable appliances, emergency lights and lightning protection system, to maintain electrical safety, ensure they are inspected at appropriate frequencies and that regular planned maintenance is undertaken in order to minimise the risk to the property and the tenants within.

      b.Carrying out remedial works or rewiring.

      The contractor shall be solely responsible for the inspections, testing and supply of required parts etc. The employer shall not be liable to interact with any of the subcontractors of the contractor.
