The scope of the cleaning requirements will be listed in the specifications. The service includes:
— Internal building cleaning including the provision of all associated materials, equipment and labour,
— Internal and external window cleaning including the provision of all associated materials, equipment and labour,
— The cost of all consumables must be included in the pricing (e.g. toilet paper, soap).
The contract will be in the form of 5 lots which are based upon the nature and the location of the work.
