Description

Herefordshire Housing Limited seeks Contractors to undertake Cleaning Sevices to a number of communal stairwells within 2, 3 and 4 storey flats. Type of works include carpet/vinyl floor cleaning, dusting, wiping, cleaning glazing and other general cleaning
duties.

To be used by the Property Services division of Herefordshire Housing Ltd. the successful contractor will provide the cleaning service on behalf of the division’s DLO. The majority of the service will be carried out on a weekly basis with additional services
being carried out on a monthly or quarterly basis. The successful contractor's operation will be subject to a number of performance measures that will be monitored during the life of the contract. More details of these are outlined in the tender documentation.

The Contract is for an initial One year duration with a potential for a further two years subject to on going satisfactory performance. This contract has a start date of the 3rd September 2012 and a finish date of the 2nd September 2013. For further details

The closing date for the return of the tender is midday 29th June 2012. For those contractors who are successfully bought forward to the interview stage, the interviews will take place w/c 2nd July, 2012. The criteria for selection can be found in the Scoring
