To replace and upgrade the existing obsolete satellite division bell panels within the following Parliamentary buildings:-1 Parliament Street, Norman Shaw North, and 7 Millbank House. These will be replaced with new PLC satellite control panels based on the enhanced division bell panel design main HoC and HoL Panels installed in 2008.
The existing satellite division bell panels Estate Wide (1 Parliament Street, Norman Shaw North & 7 Millbank House) present a very high risk of failing to notify a division mostly due to the age of the components, component obsolescence and the time required to facilitate repairs.
