Wolverhampton City Council requires an agent for Collection and Tracing Services for outstanding Sundry Debtor's accounts. Sundry Debtor's accounts are raised for the collection of a variety of income due to the Council following the supply of goods and/or
services. These are also raised in appropriate cases to recover overpaid benefit for rent rebates and rent allowances, but not Council Tax. The agents appointed by the Council will be responsible for ensuring that their sources of information and disclosure
comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. This contract may be awarded to more than one provider, however the Council reserves the right to award this in the most appropriate way. Should you wish to obtain the Tender described above, please
