Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council wishes to commission a provider to manage the borough wide home adaptations/ maintenance service to provide home maintenance service, falls prevention work and technical support for Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) available to all vulnerable adult residents in the borough either as a subsidised service for those on low income benefits but also as a private service to all others.
TUPE may apply to the delivery of this contract.

The requirements will vary from organisation to organisation and there is no guarantee that all organisations will participate in this contract in the future. Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council will only be responsible for their list of contract requirements. All other organisations will be responsible for their individual requirements and contract arrangement.
This contract is available for other public sector organisations to use and if they choose to do so the upper estimate of value is GBP 5M.
